Structural design of gut rehab and renovation of space of the historic general store on the shores of Lake Elmore. Our scope included design of reinforcements for existing first floor, second floor and attic framing and design of fire and life safety components. 

Structural engineering of modifications to existing attic and classroom structure and exterior foundations to accommodate new biomass heating system. Our scope also included the code compliance study and design of common-space to office conversion.

Structural engineering, permitting and fire and life safety planning services for the conversion of a plumbing supply store to the new headquarters for Lloyd Home Service. Scope included structural design of a new 3,000 SF mezzanine, exterior decks and ramps, and permitting and fire and life safety design.

Structural engineering of two additions to the existing Lawrence Arena on the grounds of the Caledonia County Fair. Design included modifications to the existing roof and wall structure, and engineering of 3,200 SF of additions for enhanced fair use.

Structural engineering of new conveyor systems for new biomass boiler. Design services included new foundations and steel structures for conveying sawdust and wood chips across the existing campus, and analysis of the existing conveyor bridge.

Structural engineering and drawings for the re-construction of a three-story exterior deck and egress stairs on an existing multi-family apartment building. Scope included construction drawings and inspection services.
